1. Lowest comprehensive cost: The energy consumption and cost per unit of oxygen are much lower than those of liquid oxygen, making it highly economical for long-term use.

Special note: The 90-95% purity of oxygen produced by VPSA is the 'dessert area'. This purity is sufficient to eliminate the generation of nitrides and maximize ozone yield.
